As the founder of Spivey Literacy Solution, LLC. She brings a strategic, culturally responsive approach to professional development, instructional coaching, and district-wide literacy planning.

Her journey began in the classroom, where she witnessed firsthand the challenges teachers face in delivering rigorous, equitable literacy instruction. Determined to bridge the gap between curriculum demands and real classroom needs, The Literacy Strategist stepped into leadership roles and later founded her consulting practice to support schools more intentionally. Today, she partners with districts, school leaders, and educators to design State Standards literacy systems that boost achievement, strengthen instructional capacity, and empower every student to thrive.

Known as The Literacy Strategist, she is passionate about integrating social-emotional learning with foundational literacy, elevating teacher voice, and creating inclusive spaces where all learners feel seen and supported. Her approach is not one-size-fits-all—it’s customized, data-informed, and deeply rooted in her belief that literacy is legacy.
