Laneta Spivey is the Founder and CEO of Spivey Literacy Solution and the creator of The S.O.L.V.E. Literacy Success Framework™. With more than two decades of experience in education, she is passionate about helping students and adult learners become confident, successful readers and writers.

As a Reading Specialist, Dyslexia Facilitator, Adjunct Professor, and Literacy Consultant, Laneta has dedicated her career to improving literacy outcomes for learners of all ages. She has worked with elementary, secondary, and adult learners in diverse educational settings, providing targeted instruction, intervention, coaching, and academic support.

In addition to supporting K–12 students, Laneta teaches adult learners as an Adjunct Professor, helping students develop the reading, writing, and critical thinking skills necessary for college and career success. Her experience working with both children and adults provides a unique perspective on literacy development across the lifespan.

Laneta's mission is simple: to equip learners with the skills, strategies, and confidence they need to succeed in school, work, and life.
